Our number one goal with every project is to ensure there are no surprises for our clients. To achieve this, we use a mature process that requires client sign-off after each step—you won’t see a visual design until you’ve seen a functional wire frame. Every project is highly collaborative and involves the guidance and support of a firm partner. Our content, design and development teams work harmoniously throughout the project, so the left hand always knows what the right one is doing. And that is producing an innovative, mind-blowing product for our clients.
In the first day after Integrity updated an auto warranty client’s email and landing page designs, the client saw a 16x improvement in conversions.
We can’t build you the website of your dreams until we know what those dreams are. Every project starts with a kick-off meeting to review the project scope, milestones, goals and introduce all key project members. We’ll craft a project plan and outline all modes of communication and documentation, so there are no surprises along the way.

DEFINE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
ASSESS TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT
CREATE PROJECT PLAN
Once we’ve all agreed on timelines and goals, we’ll create a list of features and functionality to implement on the site. We’ll conduct a full site audit to see what currently exists and how best to implement new requirements. Then we’ll document it all and get client sign-off—this ensures no “whoops, you forgot to include X” moments later on.
COMPLETE SITE AUDIT
Before we can design for the user, we have to get to know the user. We look at existing traffic and demographic data (if available) and may even interview real users to get inside their heads. Then we mock up the navigation, structure and user flow in a clickable wire frame to give everyone a sense of how the site will function. Once the wire frame is approved, it’s time for the colorful, creative part of design.
DEFINE USER PERSONAS
CREATE USER FLOWS
WIRE FRAME NAVIGATION
We always start design using existing brand guidelines, when available. From there, we put our creative spin and the finishing touches on pages to ensure each best serves the user experience and accomplishes the business goals. All of our designs employ the latest user conventions so every website is intuitive, attractive and fun to use.
DEFINE COLOR THEMES
CREATE DESIGN INTERFACE
Once designs are approved, the development team gets to work marking up the pages in a development environment (which won’t interfere with an existing live site) and creating cascading style sheets (CSS) to transform the design into web language. Then we input the content and optimize everything for search engines.
CREATE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT
DEVELOP SITE TEMPLATES
We conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) testing to confirm that everything functions as it should—basically we have a team of people clicking around the entire site trying to break it. Then we fix any bugs we find, including optimizing graphics to increase load times, checking for broken links and making sure everything looks right in the most common browsers.
